1. Website and property inquiries
A Legacy Investment communicates with buyers, property owners, and real estate professionals about off-market properties in Florida. Website content is general information. Availability, pricing, condition, and terms must be confirmed for each property. Images identified as illustrative do not represent active listings. You are responsible for your own property evaluation and due diligence. A website inquiry does not create a purchase contract or guarantee a property or financial outcome.
2. Types of text messages
- Informational messages: responses to property inquiries, showing appointment coordination, and transaction-related updates.
- Promotional messages: available off-market properties, property availability alerts, and real estate opportunities matching your buying criteria. These may include automated texts and require separate prior written consent.
We send texts only within the purposes you have authorized. Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, preferences, available properties, and transaction activity.
3. How to join
Visit the contact form, enter your mobile number, and select either or both optional SMS choices. Review the consent text and the linked policies. Submit your choices by sending the email prepared by the form to info@alegacyinvestments.com. We receive the authorization only when that email is sent and received. Preparing a draft alone does not enroll you. Leave both choices unchecked to contact us without consenting to texts.
By sending a selected authorization, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number and agree to receive the corresponding message type from A Legacy Investment. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Tell us if your number changes.
4. Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Your wireless carrier may charge for sent and received messages. Message delivery depends on network and carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to the number that sent you the text to opt out at any time. We will honor your request and may send one non-promotional confirmation of the opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. You may also request cancellation by emailing us. A later general inquiry or email does not automatically restore SMS consent.

Reply HELP to the sending number for assistance, or email info@alegacyinvestments.com. You can also visit our website. Include enough information for us to identify the number and request; do not email sensitive financial documents.
7. Privacy and program changes
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date here. Changes that materially expand the scope of SMS consent require appropriate new authorization.
